Arca Baydar and Önder Güner have shared a common vision of dentistry for more than fifteen years. Their collaboration began in Istanbul, where they worked closely together for many years and developed themselves within both general and specialist dentistry. During this period, not only did their experience grow, but also their conviction that dentistry can go beyond treatment alone – it is about trust, quality, and restoring self-confidence.
After coming to the Netherlands, they worked within Dutch dentistry for four years and got to know the healthcare landscape up close. They soon noticed one clear development: there is a growing need for high-quality, durable, and aesthetic solutions. Especially in the field of fixed dental prosthetics, digital dentistry, and cosmetic treatments, they saw that patients were often looking for more specialized care.
From this conviction, DentFixa was born. A practice focused on modern dentistry, where innovation and personal attention are central. By using digital techniques and a specialist approach, treatments can be carried out more accurately, efficiently, and comfortably.

How we care for your teeth
Personal, efficient and up-to-date. From first contact through aftercare. With digital records we reduce paper use and work with energy-efficient equipment.
Choose a time online or by phone. During the intake (±30–45 min) we discuss your wishes, do an initial exam and take X-rays/CBCT if needed. You receive an immediate cost indication and global timeline.
After thorough examination with measurements and imaging we explain the options clearly, including pros and cons. Together we choose the best route and you receive a personal plan with timeline and budget.
After treatment you receive practical instructions (hygiene, eating/drinking, pain relief) and we schedule check-ups. Concerns in the meantime? We are easy to reach and help quickly.

How we achieve a fixed, natural smile

Intake & 3D scan
We discuss your wishes, perform a clinical check and make a 3D CBCT scan. You receive a clear plan with timeline, materials and costs.

Bone grafting (if needed)
Where jaw volume is lacking we rebuild with autogenous or synthetic bone to create a stable base for implants.

Implants + temporary bridge
Teeth are removed in the same session. We place 4 or 6 implants and you leave the clinic the same day with a temporary prosthesis/bridge.

Definitive bridge on All-on-X
After healing (usually 4–5 months) we place your definitive bridge on the implants and fine-tune fit, bite and aesthetics.
