2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the DentFixa website, the submission of consultation requests, the receipt of information and all communication via the website, phone, email or other contact channels.
If a treatment agreement, quotation, informed consent, care document or separate written agreement is later prepared, it may contain additional or different provisions that apply specifically to that treatment or service.
3. Information on the website
The information on the DentFixa website is intended as general information about treatment options, fixed dental solutions, implantology, consultation requests and the working method of DentFixa.
Although we compile the content of the website with care, information on the website can never be regarded as personal medical or dental advice. Personal advice can only be given after your situation has been assessed by an authorised healthcare professional.
4. Urgent and emergency complaints
The website and online consultation form are intended for regular consultation requests and general information. In case of acute pain, bleeding after treatment, swelling, trauma or other urgent dental complaints, we advise you to contact DentFixa by phone immediately, so your situation can be assessed as quickly as possible.
An online consultation request may not always be read or followed up immediately. For urgent cases, telephone contact is therefore the fastest and safest route. In life-threatening situations, severe breathing problems or acute medical emergencies, call the local emergency number immediately.
5. Consultation requests
When you submit a consultation request through the website, you provide information so that DentFixa can assess your request and contact you. You are responsible for providing your details correctly, completely and up to date.
Submitting a consultation request does not automatically mean that a treatment agreement has already been established. DentFixa first assesses whether and how your request can be followed up.
6. Appointments and treatment
An appointment, consultation or treatment is only established after it has been confirmed by DentFixa. Depending on your situation, additional information, diagnostics, assessment, medical history or imaging may be required before a treatment plan can be drawn up.
DentFixa reserves the right not to process a request or to refer it when another form of care appears more appropriate.
7. Cancelling or changing appointments
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, we ask you to inform DentFixa as soon as possible. An appointment must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If an appointment is not cancelled in time or if you do not attend without notice, DentFixa may charge costs for the reserved time, treatment room and scheduled capacity.
Additional cancellation conditions may apply to specific appointments, extended consultations or treatments. These will be communicated to you in advance or when the appointment is made.
8. Use of the website
You may only use the DentFixa website in a normal, careful and lawful manner. It is not permitted to misuse or disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, or perform actions that may harm the functioning or security of the website.
DentFixa may take measures in the event of misuse, security risks, spam, incorrect requests or other unwanted use.
9. Intellectual property
All texts, images, design, logos, brand names, code, structure and other parts of the website are owned by DentFixa or used with permission.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, reuse or commercially exploit parts of the website without prior written permission from DentFixa.
10. External links and services
The website may contain links to external websites or third-party services, such as maps, videos, analytics, advertising platforms or other external applications.
DentFixa is not responsible for the content, functioning, security or privacy practices of external websites or services. Always consult the terms and privacy statements of the relevant third parties.
11. Privacy and cookies
DentFixa processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. In addition, DentFixa uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the cookie policy.

12. Liability

DentFixa is not liable for damage resulting from the use of general information on the website, temporary unavailability of the website, technical failures or incorrect or incomplete information, unless there is intent or deliberate recklessness.
13. Medical or dental assessment
A final assessment of your situation can only take place after sufficient examination, diagnostics and assessment by an authorised healthcare professional. The outcome of a consultation or treatment may differ from person to person.
DentFixa cannot guarantee a specific medical, dental, aesthetic or financial outcome, unless this has been expressly agreed in writing and is medically justified.
14. Complaints, technical questions and privacy requests
Do you have a complaint about care, communication, appointments or the services of DentFixa? We ask you to submit your complaint to us in writing via klachten@dentfixa.com. This allows us to carefully register, internally assess and follow up your complaint in a targeted way.

DentFixa may amend these terms and conditions when our website, services, legal obligations or working methods change.
The most recent version of these terms and conditions is always available on this page.
16. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to the use of the website, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Any disputes are preferably resolved first through mutual consultation.
